Situated on the bay of Koundouros , the house is built with local - rusted colored - stone in a small and private development, ideal for two or three couples who want tranquility, direct access to the sea, while having the possibility to explore an island that has no hotels, nor mass tourism.

The top house has two bedrooms with air-conditioning, one with twins and one with a double bed, as well as a fully equipped open kitchen to the living room. A large shaded terrace with a barbeque and dining table offers the space for relaxed dinning. Another shaded terrace with Barbeque offers a more intimate setting for breakfast or lunch .

The bottom house has a separate entrance, one bedroom with a double bed, a fully equipped kitchen and living area with its own terrace and access to the sea.

Both houses are tastefully decorated in the Aegean sea colors, with well chosen pieces of Art, as well as antique lamp shades from the Cycladic Islands.

With a 10 minute walk you can get to the sandy beach of Koundouros with restaurant , beach bar and water sport activities.
