Pi Beach House is a brand new (2019) independent apartment, occupies the sea-viewing garden level of Villa Aperon, offering amazing sea and sunset views, tranquility and easy access to our bay and own beach, ideal for a quiet family vacation away from the crowds.
For larger groups that may need a 3rd bedroom, Guest House Iota, a 38 sqm studio is on the same garden level next to Pi Beach House, may be rented in conjunction with Pi, adding an extra bedroom with queen size bed, en-suite bathroom with shower and kitchenette/ living room with sofa couch.

In a carefully decorated evironment, it offers its guests 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in 107 sqm of space a living room with bay window and a foldout couch for an extra person/child, open fully equipped kitchen and dining hall, spacious masterbedroom with one queen bed and en-suite bathroom with shower, secondary bedroom with 2 single beds and own bathroom.
Outside the house features a spacious "L" shaped shaded sea-viewing terrace in the middle of a nice green garden

l'endroit est magnifique. ce qui surprend le plus en arrivant est l'incroyable vue à partir de la terrasse. La maison est spacieuse et bien équipée. L'acces à la petite plage juste en bas de la maison. c'est un endroit peu fréquenté ideal pour la baignade.
